Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Realtism to describe what data the Realtism web app and browser extension collect, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It applies to both the extension listed on the Chrome Web Store and the website at realtism.lovable.app.

What we collect

• Listing data you save. When you click the Realtism extension on a supported listing page (Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, Realtor.com), we read the listing URL and publicly visible details on that page — address, price, beds, baths, square footage, photos, description — and send them to your realtor's Realtism account.
• Your notes and ratings. Text you type into the extension (likes, dislikes, tour request, notes) is stored with the listing.
• Account information. Email address, name, and (optionally) a password you set. Realtors also provide their brokerage name.
• Authentication tokens. The extension stores a login token in Chrome's local extension storage so you don't have to re-enter your invite code or password on every visit.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not read pages on sites other than the four listing sites listed above.
• We do not track your browsing history.
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use analytics or third-party trackers inside the extension.

How we use it

The only use is to power the app's core feature: letting clients send listings to their realtor, and letting realtors view, organize, and discuss those listings with their clients. Your realtor sees the listings and notes you save. No other Realtism user does.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (our hosting and database provider) in managed Postgres and object storage, protected by row-level security so each realtor and client only sees their own records.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated listings and notes, email us at the address below and we will remove them within 30 days.

Subprocessors

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, authentication, file storage.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, invites, notifications).

Cookies

The website uses only first-party cookies required for signed-in sessions. No advertising or analytics cookies.
